Customer Service - Sales office
_Our Customer Service specialists process orders professionally and precisely. They also act as an interface between the ordering party (customer), manufacturer (partner) and Alloga.
Orders department / opening hours
Monday to Friday 07.30 a.m. - 12 noon and 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Delivery times
_Provided Alloga receives an order by 1.30 p.m., the goods will be put together and shipped the same day.
_If the order is received after 1.30 p.m., the goods are dispatched on the next working day.
_On request, orders received between 1.30 p.m. and 4 p.m. can go through express processing and be shipped the same day. The costs for this express processing shall be borne by the customer.
